How to Serve
LTW provides song booklets, scripture, devotionals, a super cool mobile app for tracking hours, service awards, hip merch, fuzzy socks at Christmas, super fun Volunteer Appreciation gatherings, and other tools—everything you need to make serving as a Servant Leader or Volunteer easy-peasy!
Student Opportunity
Student opportunities are available. While schools differ on policy, if you find yourself interested and have questions, concerns, or simply need direction, you can email Angela at angelalofgrenking@gmail.com or call (858) 900-4673. Here are the quick steps to consider:

STEP 1. Find a willing teacher/staff member that can facilitate club meetings.

STEP 2. Locate the nearest Senior Care facility and call the Activities Director.

STEP 3. Promote your club! Make posters, talk about it during announcements or assemblies, ask your friends and your friends friends to join.

STEP 4. Get administration’s permission to go off-campus.

STEP 5. During your first meeting, go over the groundwork- take attendance; elect president, vice president, etc.; create a group chat or email list; answer any questions people may have; and create a “game plan” for when you go to the Senior Care facility.

STEP 6. Once you’ve been to the Senior Care facility, debrief and download at your next meeting.
